∎ Proven Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Experience in managing and driving sales teams with a focus on growth and revenue generation.
∎ Strong Professional reputation with any notable achievements in sales or business development being an added advantage.
∎ Ability to drive substantial sales growth across divers business segments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
∎ Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
∎ Assist in the development of the trends.
∎ Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional program plans.
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution and dealer network to improve sales performance.
∎ Ensure that all sales personnel activities are by the guidelines of the Management.
∎ Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
∎ Maintain credit norms & ensure collection of credit amount as per management approved norms.
∎ Prepare assigned report (Daily Weekly & Monthly).
∎ Meet monthly sales target through the company’s rules.
