• Good Knowledge in 100% Export Orientated Garments Accessories Company ( Specially in Interlinings)

• Good knowledge on technical problem-solving ability with required quality standards.

• Good Communication Skill with Customer.

• Should have very good English language Proficiency.

• Computer Skill in MS Office

• Managing organizational sales & Marketing by developing a business plan that covers.

• Marketing, revenue and expense controls.

• Meeting planned sales & Marketing goals.

• Setting individual sales & Marketing targets with the sales team.

• Tracking sales & Marketing goals and reporting results as necessary.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the Marketing team.

• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

• The ongoing training of your salespeople.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

• Promoting the organization and products.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

• Preparing report and provide to the respective department
