• 1+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event management & marketing.

• Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel

• Strong communication skills - written and oral

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

• Expert in planning and maintaining campaigns, preparing reports, proposals and presentation decks with correct formatting

• Excellent business communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time

• You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data

• Confident with a dynamic personality

• Business Generation, Interact and Correspond to Develop Prospective and New Clients

• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships

• Preparing Presentations/content for plan

• Examining clients' businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives

• Regular client visits and hunting new business

• Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department's targets

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure the standard service

• Prepare monthly business plan and share to superior
