Lean Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry Out Shop Floor Kaizen Breakthrough (SKB) in various Plant
∎ Reduce Waste in various manufacturing operation
∎ Submit SKB wise monetary savings report
∎ Do Feasibility study of different Lean project
∎ Prepare the 'Design For Manufacturing (DFM)' manual for individual plant.
∎ Arrange Plant wise event to highlight achievement
∎ Assist to do Need analysis and arrange Training accordingly
∎ Assist to do Map Value Stream of different Plant and make the Improvement opportunity to surface
∎ Assist to do Process Mapping of various operation and re-engineering.
∎ Continuous study Lean and Six Sigma Good Practice to be updated always
