∎ HSC in Textile Technology, HSC (Vocational)
∎ Skills Required: Knitting Quality
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To capable of handling sub-contract knitting and in-house knitting units and delivery as per the Standard.
∎ Analyze daily inspection reports to identify the source of the quality problem & take necessary steps to reduce also improve future results.
∎ Fabric check on 4-point fabric inspection system method, roll to roll DIA, GSM controlling.
∎ Maintain quality procedures with operating staff and monitor closely.
∎ Make sure defects like Patta and Lycra out defects are zero tolerance.
∎ The person should be capable to lead a quality team.
∎ Maintain the QA manual, and QA reports QA format of the company.
∎ Handle all the QC issues instantly and make a report to the Knitting Manager from time to time.
∎ Maintain a record of all QC issues for any ready reference.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, RND& QA teams to get the corrective actions.
∎ Need to organize the knitting production by supporting the standard QA policy of the company.
∎ In sub-contract factory maintain yarn receive & Fabric delivery.
∎ Should do in-time style closing.
∎ Need to arrange effective training sessions for his team regularly.
∎ Report any deviation in the QA system to the Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Any other assignment will give by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be a diploma in textile / at least an HSC pass for an experienced person.
∎ Qualifications may be considered in case of experiences
