Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record and maintain all financial transaction into Tally ERP 9 software
∎ Visit and reconciliation of outlet cash/petty cash
∎ Reconcile cash sales of outlets and monitor daily bank deposit
∎ Maintain petty cash and outlet cash flow
∎ Ensure VAT accounts maintain & submission to circle VAT offices
∎ Ensure cash withdrawal / deposit to bank account
∎ Process suppliers/vendor bill for approval & payment
∎ Ensure Bank/POS/B'Kash account reconciliation
∎ Any other task assigns by supervisor/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in accounting system
∎ Sound knowledge in audit process
∎ Must have practical experience in TALLY ERP & MS Office package
∎ Hard working & Deadline oriented
∎ Excellent communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
