Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in relevant discipline and at least 3 years working experience in relevant field or Bachelor degree with 5 years' working experience in relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Executive-Job Placement will be responsible for:
∎ Supervise data entry operator for timely entry the batch data, assessment, certification and job placement into TMS and keeping databases up to date;
∎ Prepare necessary report as per management requirements;
∎ Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures;
∎ Provide necessary support to Chief Coordinator and Coordinators through supplying necessary raw and process data;
∎ Ensure proper trainee selection as per guideline of BP.
∎ Prepare job require list through job hunting.
∎ Ensure job placement of certified graduates under BEIOA-SEIP;
∎ Conduct career development counseling classes and arrange job fair (if needed)
∎ Ensure at least 60% for NE and 90% for Up skilling job placement of trainees' enrolling and retention in jobs for at least three months;
∎ Develop dynamic linkages with the Human Resource Department Personnel of the industries and identify job vacancies in industry and preparing trainees for interviews & placement.
∎ Prepare job placement documents as per project requirement;
∎ Perform any other task required by the Chief Coordinator and coordinator- job placement and database & Procurement;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Gender: Both
∎ In-depth skills and work experience on job placement and database.
∎ At least 30 years and not more than 40 years as on the date of joining
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having relevant background and experience of working in Government Projects and job placement and database skills
∎ IT proficiency - Must be good in MS Office package, (Excel, Word and power point).

∎ Salary and Benefits would be decided upon proven knowledge, experiences and skills.
