Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare, install, maintain, troubleshoot hardware, configure and setup, and also provide extensive support to PC, Laptop, UPS, printer and related hardware, software and networking issues instantly
∎ Configure and maintain LAN/WAN/WIFI connectivity and troubleshooting, especially on fiber optics-related work
∎ To install and maintain CCTV and access control systems, multimedia projectors, and video conference systems, operation and maintenance
∎ To have experience in Adobe photoshop illustrator and indesign
∎ Maintenance of its inventory with proper documentation Work closely with the other teams with a positive team attitude.
