Responsibilities & Context:
We are an export oriented renown Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of "Executive - IT & ERP". The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain desktops/laptops (Windows & Mac), servers, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Mikrotik), printers, and factory IT hardware across locations.
Monitor IT systems and resolve hardware/software issues to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure 100% uptime of surveillance (DVR, NVR, IP cameras) and attendance systems with proper backup and data validation.
Install and maintain OS, Microsoft 365, antivirus, firewalls, and ERP software.
Provide daily IT support and train employees on software use and data security.
Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, and ensure data security compliance.
Support ERP enhancement, implementation, testing, data monitoring, and troubleshoot ERP/report issues.
Coordinate with ERP teams to ensure smooth functioning of all modules and provide user training & support.
