Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up receive, receive return, issue of Accessories Store and ERP Update.
∎ All Accessories PI, Invoice/ Challan clearance.
∎ Order wise closing report with value.
∎ Physical Inventory and comply with ledger and ERP of Accessories Stock.
∎ Checking Re-CAP Accessories Adjustment.
∎ Left over Accessories Adjustment.
∎ Reporting long time stayed Accessories Item.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
∎ GMT Accessories work order checking with challan and Physical.
∎ Order wise cutting closing report including Finished Fabrics.
∎ Order wise Fabric receiving and balance return conformation.
∎ Fabrics consumption checking (Cutting no. wise).
∎ Panel rejection and Replacement check and reporting (Cutting No wise).
∎ Final out stock of old Fabric into cutting floor and reporting.
∎ Printing and Embroidery bill settlement.
∎ Verify short indent of cutting section.
∎ Cutting No. wise lay chart check with cutting register book Order wise.
∎ Daily Cutting Floor efficiency check and weekly reporting.
∎ Order and Style wise Cutting consumption and efficiency checking and Reporting (Monthly).
∎ Finished Fabrics adjustment with Similar Order / Order and reporting.
∎ Report long time stayed Fabrics.
∎ Strongly monitoring Order to Order Fabrics Accounts and Order Closing.
