Responsibilities & Context:
Internal Audit (IA):
· Develop and execute a risk‑based annual/quarterly Internal Audit Plan
· Audit core processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR/Payroll, IT/ERP, etc.)
· Assess control design & operating effectiveness; recommend remediation plans
· Conduct surprise/spot audits, fraud risk assessments, and investigations as needed
· Use data analytics (Excel/Power BI/ERP data) to identify trends/anomalies
· Produce audit reports with Observation–Criteria–Risk–Impact–Recommendation; track management actions to closure
· Coordinate with External Auditors and on statutory/regulatory matters
· Maintain audit working papers, SOPs, and compliance documentation
