Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc (Hons) in Fashion Design from BUFT (Preferrable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts for denim products, including jeans, jackets, and other denim apparel;
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis within the denim fashion industry;
∎ Contribute creative ideas, sketches, and mood boards to inspire and inform the design process;
∎ Assist in sourcing denim fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with design requirements and quality standards;
∎ Support the development of product samples, working closely with suppliers to ensure accurate translation of design specifications;
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sample section, wash R&D, merchandising, production, and quality assurance, to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the product development process;
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including tech packs, material records, sample records, and other relevant design files;
∎ Organize and archive design assets for future reference and design continuity;
∎ Collaborate effectively with the design team, actively contributing to brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and creative discussions;
∎ Continuously enhance the skills and knowledge in denim design and product development through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply;
∎ Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel;
∎ Proficient in English communication (reading and writing);
∎ Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, InDesign & 3D Software such as- Browzwear, CLO, MYR.
