Preparing skill matrix for cutting staff.
Ensure the right man in the right process for smooth productivity.
Will be responsible for taking yearly assessments for operator & staff’s increment.
Have to develop cutting process by innovation.
Conduct time, motion and method analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across cutting and fusing operations.
Root cause analysis to solve problems for smooth productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain SOP to ensure consistency and quality within the department.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated on industrial engineering trends for continuous improvement.
Any other task assigned by management time to time.
