Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD HRM from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) or UIU will be given preference
∎ Masters in Professional HRM (MPHRM) from reputed public or private university will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Interpersonal Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
∎ Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
∎ Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
∎ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
∎ Provide HR policy guidance
∎ Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
∎ Identify training needs for teams and individuals
∎ Evaluate training programs
∎ Suggest new HR strategies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should have excellent computer literacy
∎ Excellent English communication skill both in writing & speaking
∎ Should have the attitude to work under pressure
∎ Should have the mind to work in a team

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
