∎ Taking care of guests and customers.
∎ Create and update records and databases, office management and daily administrative tasks.
∎ Represent the company to clients, partners and the public, creating a great positive first impression for everyone interacting with the company.
∎ Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, interview calls and document preparation.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.

∎ Obey and maintain the company rules and regulation.
∎ Handle courier and receive/dispatch samples.
