∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process accounting vouchers for vendor payment through BEFTN, RTGS, Pay-order and intra Bank Fund Transfer.
∎ Prepare required documentation for the above transactions.
∎ Communicate and monitor banks for execution of Transactions.
∎ Communicate payment confirmation to related supply chain / Procurement or relevant function.
∎ Update Procurement software regarding Vendor Payments.
∎ Responsible to reply the query of the operation team regarding software and transaction.
∎ Responsible for Payment updates about the overall pending bills in hand on daily basis.
∎ Prepare vouchers in Tally software for all disbursement of new loans, interest payments and settlement of the loans.
∎ Responsible for approving collection on CCMIS, after receiving from marketing team and check the Bank Statement for confirmation, and other necessary input as per documents.
∎ Communicate with accounts department, Tax department, marketing team to meet up various query & needs.
∎ Responsible to externally communicate with Bank & Non-Banking financial institution for different purposes.
∎ Responsible to make entry in the Tally/ Finance software for different types of transactions.
∎ Fill up the account opening form and place it for signatures from Board of Directors or to authorized persons (if the Board Allows through resolution).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Hardworking, Responsible and Pleasant Personality.
∎ Must be a team player and should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong Analytical & Communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision and flexible hours.
