∎ System Engineering Limited is one of the most reputed organization in Bangladesh for different kind of Industrial Automation works, Electro-Mechanical Engineering works, Plant Election & Maintenance, Lighting Automation, Energy Management, Power Distribution, Transmission & Man-Machine Customization etc.
∎ We are looking for an Executive (Finance & Accounting) at System Engineering Limited. The incumbent will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company and should Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
∎ Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
∎ Solving tax related problems, identifying issues, operations & drawing solutions. (Real Estate background experiences will get preference)
∎ Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
∎ Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
∎ Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
∎ Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
∎ Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
