Responsibilities & Context:
Exporting monthly sales and collection data from system, reconcile all data and prepare worksheet for posting to ERP software.
Reconcile remittance report with individual bank statements and posting to ERP software.
Preparing summary sheet for sales meeting expense and posting to ERP software.
Completing all tasks to refill travel cards for all depot expenses and providing instruction for ATM withdrawal based on analysis of depot expenses in OneDrive live sheet.
Posting journal vouchers for supplier`s bills, tour bill journal into ERP software.
