Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/B. Com in Finance/Accounting from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Income Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly, half yearly and annual TDS, VAT return
∎ Provide support in withholding of tax and VAT
∎ Ensure smooth processing of all invoices received from suppliers and provided to customers
∎ Submit all legal required documents to government offices
∎ Maintaining database and documents for all processed transactions
∎ Monthly Vat return submission -Issuance of current VAT challan in accordance with issued invoices
∎ Maintain vat sales, purchase register, both hard and soft copy accordingly
∎ VAT return and related documents submission to VAT authority
∎ Support with statements of information from sales and purchase register for reconciliation and reporting
∎ Maintain online register for sales, purchases, credit notes and all other registers.
∎ Bank deposits & pay order submission of pay order to BTRC
∎ Bank deposit of Sales VAT, TDS, VDS treasury, govt fees etc.
∎ Preservation of documents after proper TDS/VDS.
∎ All TDS/VDS treasury challan collection from bank
∎ All vat return submitted copy and others.
∎ Key Account Management Issuance of TDS and VDS certificate to regular vendors
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must complete ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) Exam
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Expertise on preparing reports and presentation skill in Excel
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
∎ Excellent typing skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
