Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times and ensure simplicity in services and ensure compliance to all legal requirements and monitor all online platforms
∎ Monitor the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
∎ Maintain E-commerce order generation system.
∎ Handover the products to the delivery department and keep track on that.
∎ Communicate with IT department in order to maintain the site and keep that up to date.
∎ Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
∎ Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Maintain placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
∎ Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
∎ Place or cancel orders
∎ Handle product recalls
∎ Maintain third party e- commerce
∎ Advise on company information
∎ Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites
