Dyeing Planning, Dyeing Sample, Fabric dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Planning and Coordination with Merchandising & Bulk Production for every Development Sample or Confirmed Order Sample.
∎ Know about Development Sample, EM Sample, Confirmation Sample, PP Sample, Test Sample, Chemical or Home Test Sample requirement and urgency.
∎ Familiar with Terry & Fleece fabrics Dyeing, Brushing, Shearing & Finishing.
∎ Cotton Dyeing & Double Part 60.40 & 80.20 CVC Terry and Fleece Fabrics.
∎ Dyeing Plan make according to Merchandising & Garments Sample Section daily requirement.
∎ Follow TNA Chart for timely fabric dyeing grey receive from Sample Knitting Section up to Merchandising & Garments Sample Section.
∎ Collect Knitting Plan from Sample Knitting Dept, give machine program, finishing delivery schedule follow up, match sample dyed fabric delivery according to daily finished fabric delivery requirement from Merchandising & Garments Sample Section.
∎ Planning & Coordination of every order’s Dyeing & Finishing after receiving Sample fabric indent sheet.
∎ Work closely with Sample Knitting. Check Dyeing Capacity with daily fabric delivery maintaining.
∎ Monthly buyer confirmed sample dyeing work order summary report keeping with machine wise detailed planning on a daily basis
∎ To Follow-up Floor for effectively Planning Implementation.
∎ Work closely with Sample Dyeing Production to ensure Plan is achieved.
∎ Efficient planning system, as per dyeing loading (%) Body, Rib & S/J and closely working with Dyeing & Finishing Production concern to ensure timely delivery.
∎ To work as per monthly Target basis for Sample Dyeing:
∎ Daily and weekly meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about Dyeing Sample planning
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in MS Office and ERP Software
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.Must have the ability to team works
Salary: Negotiable
