Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven work experience
∎ Excellent writing skills in Bengali & English
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills
∎ Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
∎ Collaborate with teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
∎ Use content management systems to analyze website traffic engagement metrics
∎ Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
∎ Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
∎ Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
∎ Developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns including creating content, scheduling posts, measuring performance, and adjusting accordingly
∎ Monitoring online conversations about the company or brand, looking for new topics to write about or respond to Analyzing data to determine which types of content are most effective at increasing engagement
∎ Creating and editing content such as blogs, videos, photos, graphics, and webpages
∎ Creating profiles on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
∎ Promoting products or services through social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
∎ Managing the company's social media presence by creating content, engaging with customers, and responding to comments or complaints
∎ Reviewing analytics and statistics to identify popular topics and trends within niche markets or industries
∎ Have a strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and understand how this will affect the content that you create

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experience in related field.
∎ Direct experience in the Television Channel will be preferred for the post.
