Job Context:
∎ Mehedi Chemistry Academy is a reputed coaching center/shadow education organization based in Dhaka assisting students from different classes via academic and university admission coaching support since 2014. As per the EdTech and shadow education industry landscape is drastically changing, the organization has decided to undergo a 360-degree digital transformation and enhanced online & offline marketing efforts rather than traditional marketing which will result in best experience for their existing and potential students.
∎ To undergo with this process the organization would be needing some dynamic fulltime resources to drive the marketing of the organization and generate best results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the in-house marketing and creative team
∎ Preparing Content calendar and ensure regular development of content and posting in Social Medias.
∎ Plan and organize digital campaigns and activities in student groups.
∎ Supporting the publication and ecommerce team in designs and digital planning.
∎ Support the offline marketing team and BTL team with necessary design materials.
∎ Contribute and support the organization in marketing strategies, marketing operations, content marketing efforts, social media marketing, online and offline marketing campaigns/events etc.
∎ Any other ad-hoc responsibilities given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ 1-2 years of relevant working experience in marketing agency, education sector, ed-techs, corporate training based-organization, or relevant service driven organization will have advantage.
∎ Knowledge in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, content design and development.
∎ Sound knowledge in operating MS Office and Gsuite Tools
∎ Knowledge and experience in Facebook, Youtube, Instagram Marketing is a must.
∎ Freshers and individuals not having any relevant experience need not to apply.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be decided based on background and experience
Weekly 6 days
Performance Bonus, Yearly Salary review
