Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Clean and prepare data for analysis by addressing inconsistencies, missing values, and outliers.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Use statistical tools to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
∎ Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization software.
∎ Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, flight-ops and operations, to understand their data needs and provide insights that support their objectives.
∎ Forecasting & Predictive Analysis: Utilize data models and algorithms to forecast trends, behaviors, or outcomes and make recommendations based on predictive analysis.
∎ Data Management: Ensure proper data management practices and maintain database integrity by following industry’s best practices for data storage, retrieval, and security.
∎ Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Automation: Automate repetitive data collection and reporting tasks to increase efficiency and minimize manual errors.
