Responsibilities & Context:
Provide telephonic counseling services to clients.
Listen attentively to client concerns and queries.
Offer appropriate guidance and support to resolve client issues.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client care.
Stay updated with best practices and relevant procedures in tele counseling.
Handle emergency situations and refer clients to suitable services if necessary.
