Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide telephonic counseling services to clients.

  • Listen attentively to client concerns and queries.

  • Offer appropriate guidance and support to resolve client issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client care.

  • Stay updated with best practices and relevant procedures in tele counseling.

  • Handle emergency situations and refer clients to suitable services if necessary.
