Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Diploma in Fine Arts (Graphic design, Multimedia, Digital artworks)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong artistic ability and understanding of the built environment and demonstrate skill to tell a story through an image.
∎ Responsible for designing, creating and executing concepts.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphics design techniques.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Ensure compliance with company graphics guidelines and layouts are visually appealing and according to brand standards.
∎ Company guidelines and design standards.
∎ Design sales promotional campaigns materials - Mnemonics, Dangler, Leaflets, Banners etc.
∎ Experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining educational or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand.
∎ Create Logo, Mnemonics, brochure/poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover, and other materials offset print materials.
∎ Develop and design different sorts of designs for Press ads, bill board, retail signboards, retail shop branding, POSM development and gift items.
∎ Designing and implementing high quality & attention-grabbing graphic contents for social media.
∎ Other Jobs & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, while working under specific time restraint, a keen eye for aesthetics and details, Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge about retail branding, outdoor branding & event design & activations. Must be typing skills in Bijoy Bayanno (Required).
∎ 3d Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe in Design, after effect, Graphic Design.
∎ Group of company or marketing agency background will be given priority
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
