Experience:
MBA or BBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills·
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Having the ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
Sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing in the Corporate Sector.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be smart with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness, and hard work are a must for the position.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.

Key Responsibilities:
To develop a strategic sales plan to achieve annual sales for the assigned products.
To evaluate competitors` activities and formulate counterstrategies for the same.
Meet prospective clients make sales and achieve monthly sales targets with recovery.
Drive the Sales & Marketing department`s goals, delivering exceptional results.
Lead with initiative, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business success.
Identify performance gaps in the sales team and support them to meet targets.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.
Evaluate customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and prevent recurring issues.
Prepare and submit daily work and closing reports to management.
Independently manage and maintain a strong sales database.
Prepare monthly reports on target vs. achievement for the sales team.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
