Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Must have strong skill in MS Excel & Word.
Commercial Import, Bank and Bond related experience will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Check and verify the PI & L/C (Description, H.S Code, Payment term, Shipment term, overseas charges, Add confirmation Etc.).
Collect & check Shipping documents from merchandising & purchasing department.
Track the shipment with Shipper, C&F, Forwarder, and Local Agent, Online, CTG Port, Bank Etc.
Update import position.
Import documents entry into ERP.
Bill check monthly (C & F, Courier, Transport, Freight).
Collect shipment (Rate Query, Comparison, Approval).
File up all import documents, Bill of entry & bank submission.
Work outside of office for emergency purpose.
Documents endorsement.
Certificate issue for machinery (Bank, BGMEA, &Textile Directorate).
Any Other job instructed by superior/Management.
