Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate must be proficient in managing import and export-related customs affairs for 100% export-oriented Textile & Ready-Made Garments industries.
∎ The Candidate should have the capability to handle post-export activities at depot customs.
∎ The candidate must possess practical experience in dealing with shipping agents, including tasks such as collecting Delivery Orders (DO), No Objection Certificates (NOC), Guarantees, and the release of Export Bills of Lading (B/L)
∎ The candidate must have hands-on experience in generating bills of Entry for both foreign and local imports, as well as generating Bills of Export.
∎ Make payment of bills of Agent, Depot and Survey department in terms of pay order/cash and submit the acknowledgement copy to the shipping agent.
∎ Release shipping guarantee from various shipping lines against different consignments and submit to the shipping agent.
∎ Calculation of damage/demurrage and requisition.
∎ The candidate should be willing to undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management
