• Bachelor/Honors

• MBA in Supply Chain is preferred.

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Practical experience in Import and Export operations.
• Good knowledge about Banking Trade, Transaction, Foreign Purchase, LC and DP, Incoterms and HS Code.
• Knowledge about SAP system.

• Prepare the LC and DP application based on Pro-forma Invoice.

• Communicate with different Bank for LC and Shipping Documents.

• Scrutinize the Shipping documents and arrangement Customs Processing.

• Prepare the Fund requisition and arrangement for Customs Duty.

• Strongly monitor the Bank Trade Transaction and reconcile the related Financial Transaction with Finance team.

• Maintain the database in SAP system.

• Monitor the shipment status and act accordingly.

• Communicate with the Supplier and arrange the shipments.

• Communicate with C&F agent for the smooth customs assessment.

• Maintain strong Liason with Bank, C&F and Finance team for smooth operation.
