Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS).
∎ Graduation in Any Specialization (preferably BBA) from public universities or from reputed universities (NSU, BRAC, AIUB, IUB).
∎ An Intermediate Science Background is a plus.
∎ University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, Khulna University, Jahangirnagar University, University of Chittagong students will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Prefareable
∎ Skills Required: Motorbike Driving

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Campaign Management, Channel Sales, Corporate Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementing various types of effective field campaigns with his team under the direct supervision of the Area Manager that ensures monthly sales and revenue targets.
∎ Doing effective outdoor work & able to travel extensively.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ visit the Corporate Clients and Develop leads as & when required.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with dealers/franchises in order to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved at the store's level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.) and to look after their sales track record in the assigned territory.
∎ Acquisition of new sales points (Dealers & Franchises) in the assigned area.
∎ Collecting market information which helps to make strategic decisions for the company.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures and providing Daily-Basis regular reports to the Management on progress.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of the distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his HOD from time to time.
∎ Acquisition of new dealers .
∎ Execute promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Ecosystem (Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, etc.).
∎ Applicants must have a good skill at team management tools and application and to be highly adaptable with new technologies.
∎ Applicants should have experience on motorbike driving with a valid driving license, other documents & smart-phone.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking English.

∎ Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
∎ with additional attractive sales Incentives (BDT 20,000/- to 40,000/-)
