Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active listening of customer requirements & Assist customer in product selection
∎ Answering customer's quarries & stimulate client about product
∎ Resolves customers complain
∎ Keeping the accurate knowledge of products & price
∎ Provide monthly client report to supervisor
∎ Follow up the potential client over phone
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant field will get preference
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Excellent verbal communication in English
∎ Have patience & good listening skill
∎ Having well manner & good behavior
∎ Positive attitude & self-motivated
