Responsibilities & Context:
Collect payments from patients/customers for diagnostic services (cash, card, and digital payment methods).
Ensure accurate recording of daily collections and issuance of payment receipts.
Maintain daily financial records, including sales ledgers, payment logs, and deposit slips.
Manage daily reconciliation of cash received and deposited in the company’s account.
Maintain daily financial records, including sales reports, payment logs, and deposit slips.
Ensure the timely distribution of diagnostic test reports to patients/customers in person
Maintain a log of all reports delivered and communicate effectively with the laboratory team for report generation updates.
Address customer queries related to report delivery and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a positive experience during cash collection and report delivery.
Any other duties as assigned by the management
