Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in any discipline from Govt. recognized institutions.
Candidates having working experience for at least 2 years in reputed hospitals, clinics and healthcare industry will have added advantage.
Having basic knowledge of medical terminology will get preference.
Must be energetic, smart, hardworking, proactive, Innovative and capable to work under pressure.
Must have good proficiency in English, computer literacy and communication skills.
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.
Provide information about clinical services, doctors’ availability and appointment scheduling.
Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures.
Resolve patient concerns and escalated issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database.
Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
Coordinate with medical staffs to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
Meet personal and team performance targets.
Perform any other assignment from Management.
