Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
∎ Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
∎ Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
∎ Maintain close contact with end users, procurement, planning, and implementing authorities.
∎ Foster relationships with existing manufacturers and suppliers, and explore new partnerships.
∎ Engage in bid preparation and follow-up with relevant authorities.
∎ Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic approaches.
∎ Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customer/projects.
∎ Create PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to ensure positive business deals.
∎ Capable of independent communication in English with clients and foreign contractors.
∎ Adhere to rules, regulations, and laws governing the job responsibilities.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management
∎ Prepare day-to-day reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AutoCAD etc.
∎ Prior experience in Tender related work is preferred.
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated, well organized and able to work to deadlines.
∎ Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
