Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing activities for Fresh Ultra Strong Cement, Meghnacem Super Deluxe Cement & Dhalai Special Cement to achieve brand strategy objectives.
∎ Collaborate with advertising and research agencies to execute brand activities.
∎ Manage digital marketing and social media platforms to promote the products and fortify the brand presence.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and business objectives.
∎ Ensure delivery of communication materials for BTL activities, participate and execute BTL activities such as Event, Outdoor, etc.
∎ Maintain proper communication with dealers, retailers, sales teams, and agencies to ensure various promotional offers can reach everyone in the right way.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people every day.
∎ Practical experience in 360-degree marketing activities.
