∎ 1. Excellent in Computer Works (Ms office Management);
∎ 2. Excellent communication skill;
∎ 3. Ability to influence others & proactive in problem solving;
∎ 4. Have patience to handle phone calls and queries.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Conduct an audit as per the approved checklist and management’s guidance;
∎ 2. Verification of all bills, and vouchers to ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions;
∎ 3. Capable of finding discrepancies in every dealing and record and having to report to higher management;
∎ 4. Ensure internal control system for every financial/ nonfinancial transaction;
∎ 5. Planning and allocating competent and adequate skills and schedule with supervisor;
∎ 6. Investigate and determine causes of irregularities & errors;
∎ 7. Perform an internal audit on the inventory management system;
∎ 8.To check and verify all requisition, PR, PO, delivery Challan, etc.;
∎ 9. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ 10. Any other task assigned by the Management.
