Job Context:
∎ Under CPD`s Administration and Finance Division
∎ The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), a think-tank of global repute, will recruit an Executive Associate to provide secretarial and administrative support to a senior staff. This is an important administrative position at CPD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ S/he must be proficient in Bangla and English (speaking and writing) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Favourable consideration will be given to both educational achievement and work experience.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in operating MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook); managing files, databases and office correspondence; planning, organising and reporting on administrative issues; coordinating overseas travel; developing social media contents; providing interpretation as required and dealing with high-level national and international officials. The candidate must be proficient in English and Bangla typing. Relevant professional experience will be an advantage. Candidates must be hard working, capable of developing and cultivating relevant networks, displaying learning ability and supportive of knowledge sharing.
Salary:
∎ A gross salary starting from Taka 55,000 per month will be offered to the successful candidate, along with other admissible benefits. The actual compensation package will be based on an assessment of the candidate`s qualifications and suitability, including experience.
