Demonstrate excellent Bangla typing skills with the ability to accurately prepare case documents, reports, correspondence, meeting notes, and other official records in a timely manner.

Job Purpose:

Seeking an Executive to support complaint management processes through case documentation, information gathering, report preparation, and operational coordination. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to organizational transparency and accountability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complaint applications, prepare case notes and summaries, and draft investigation reports to support timely case management.

  • Support complaint investigations, hearings, and field-level information gathering.

  • Collect, organize, and maintain complaint-related documents and records, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission for review.

  • Attend investigation hearings to record statements, observations, evidence, and other relevant information required for report preparation.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
