Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good communication with clients

∎ Good knowledge in ticket Re-issue and refund.
∎ Should have good knowledge in holiday destination
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skill especially client handle
Additional Requirements:
