Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, Updating Accounts Payable & Receivable, Cash Receipts, General Ledger
∎ Bill Preparation & Collection
∎ VAT & Tax related activities with return submission
∎ Must be experienced in handling all banks correspondence, liaison and coordination with them.
∎ Assisting in voucher preparation (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Ensuring in proper record keeping in Sage 300 ERP Software
