∎ We are actively seeking a smart, intelligent, and experienced professional with an accounting background to join our esteemed company. This pivotal role will encompass the multifaceted responsibilities of managing the accounting functions of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, Updating Accounts Payable & Receivable, Cash Receipts, General Ledger
∎ Bill Preparation & Collection
∎ VAT & Tax related activities with return submission
∎ Must be experienced in handling all bank correspondence, liaison, and coordination with them.
∎ Assisting in voucher preparation (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase, etc.)
∎ Ensuring proper record keeping in Sage 300 ERP Software
∎ Assisting in all Audit related works of the company
∎ Maintaining Financial & Tax Compliance Records
∎ Payroll Processing with Software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who have working experience with Sage 300 ERP Software (Or any other equivalent Accounting or ERP Software) will be accorded utmost priority during the selection process.
