∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Part qualified from ICAB/ICMAB will be given preference.
∎ 7+ years of working experience in a similar role.
∎ Basic knowledge on Income Tax & VAT and Commercial (Import)
∎ Basic Knowledge of MS-office, Financial Systems, SAP, or any ERP
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle various Time loans, Term loans, LATR, Bill discounts, etc directly with Assistant Manager various banks.
∎ Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Management.
∎ Prepare an action plan for Internal Control Audit and implement changes accordingly.
∎ Monitoring and assisting regular/periodical deport inventory management.
∎ Supervise VAT, Customers, and Income Tax related matters.
∎ Manage day-to-day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheet, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, invoice, monitoring the timely submission of financial reports, etc.
∎ Prepare Financial Statements for Audit Firm/Tax office /Bank /Management.
∎ Preparing a budget, keeping track of revenue generation funds, and generating reports.
∎ Prepare MIS report as per requirement of management.
∎ Identify skill and behavioral gaps among accounts personnel and take necessary actions.
∎ Ensure preparation of monthly payroll and staff salary.
∎ Maintain payable & Receivable with partners,clients & principals.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management as required
