Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounts
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Masters in Finance/Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Experience in Tally ERP 9 software, Finance/ Accounts, MS Office Applications
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Accounts Software, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge in using Accounting software. (Jaatra/Zero/Quickbook)
∎ Knowledge of using Tally ERP 9 ( Accounting software)
∎ Prepare financial report & budget variance report as required
∎ Maintain all Accounts’ files and record and keep up to date for projection.
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the automated accounting software system.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work independently
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Well conversant with accounting software analytical ability,
∎ Should have good personality, honesty & integrity.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will negotiable for experienced candidate from Travel Agency.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
