• The applicants need to have experience in the following business area(s): Food/ Bakery/ Beverage company 
• Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail etc.
• Experienced in business communication, instant matured decision maker.
• Should have good managing expertise and professional in handling tuff/crisis situation.
• Should have leadership aptitude, physically and mentally strong.
• Willing to extend working time if required, Capable to work under pressure etc.

• Support in daily, weekly and monthly financial / Profit and Loss statements.

• Knowledge on recipe wise costing of every products- Experienced in Outlet and Store Audit

• Ensure timely closure of book of accounts on a quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.

•  Maintain relationship with the Banks for inculcating new finance, suppliers’ payment, reconciliation of expenditure, all types of payments and receivables.

•  Keeping update of regular Income Statement, Ledger, Journal and Balance-Sheet of the concern in a synchronized manner.

• Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors and relevant departments of the concerns.

• Review of monthly VAT/Tax returns and challans.

• Review TDS calculations and ensure timely payment of all payments supported by justified vouchers & instruments.

•  Maintaining liaison with VAT, AIT, Custom Authorities and relevant Autonomous Bodies of Food & Bakery Business.

•  Forecast daily, weekly and monthly inventories of Raw Materials followed by analyzing regular sells-trend that would safe-guard the excess production & return of surplus products from customers end.

• Determine and advise periodical Product-Pricings in line with proper customer and market segmentation relevant to profitable financial planning.

•  Maintain compliance at all levels for Finance and Accounting reporting system of the concern.

•  Maintain seamless communication with supply-chain department, sales administration department and relevant department to fetch financial and accounting data’s for flawless reporting of managerial finance and accounts.
