∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ University of Dhaka,BRAC University,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,East West University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a master sheet for issue and collection of invoices value.
∎ Preparation of Students' grade-wise Collection status.
∎ Preparation of Students' grade-wise master sheet.
∎ Communications with parents for the collection of dues.
∎ Issuing orders and arranging for admission.
∎ Arrange collection and deposit of other revenues to the bank.
∎ Bank reconciliation.
∎ Petty Cash Management.
∎ Vendor bill checking and request for payment to STS Corporate office.
∎ Cafeteria Sales monitoring.
∎ Utility bills - Gas bill, Electricity bill (School & Expatriate House), Telephone/mobile bill, Water bill management.
∎ Monitoring of regular payment of ex-pat house rents and utilities.
∎ Reports to be sent to line Manager: Master sheet, VAT sheet, other revenue, Dues list, Cancel & new admission lists every following month by 3rd. of every month.
∎ Check with Admission department regarding new admission, fee defaulter.
∎ Update dues status.
∎ Any other work as assigned by the reporting Manager.
