∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Account execution includes preparing daily, monthly, and yearly financial statements, PNL statements, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and utilities, cash forecasting, debt activity and Cash flow statements, trial balances, cash receipts, and payments.
∎ Analyzing financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; commuting monthly and annual financial statements & commercial documents; collating and presenting reports to Management.
∎ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Update income tax & VAT file, renewal licenses.
∎ Personal ledger maintenance, personal accounts management & property management of Managing Director.
∎ Take up with any other assigned duties as per requiremnet.
