    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Masters of Business Administration (Major in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred) .

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.

  • Experience in payroll processing.

  • Knowledge in GST is preferred.

  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.

  • Good organizational and coordination skills.

  • Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail.

  • Responsible to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Able to work well under pressure.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work.

  • At least 4 years in the similar role.

  • Experience in Tally software.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts.

  • Prepare monthly income statements and balance sheets.

  • Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls.

  • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.

  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

  • Process and record monthly invoices.

  • Prepare monthly payments.

  • Maintain proper accounting record and filing.

  • Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents.

  • Process monthly payroll.

  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions.

  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters.

  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.

  • Record and track team leave.

  • Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g., auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.

  • Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies.

  • Provide administrative assistance to management.

  • Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required.

  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

  • Transport management.
