∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Trial Balance & Financial Statements.
∎ Maintain daily cash account, petty cash record, cash journal records and cash book data entry. Responsible for petty cash funds and weekly report for reimbursement
∎ Verification of regular transactions, bills and documents before approval and record keeping
∎ Ensure compliance with payment processing after verifying and checking of vendor ledger
∎ Check all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices and day to day cash and bank accounts
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
∎ Ensure cash advance are monitored and cleared on a timely basis
∎ Issue yearly payment certificate to supplier, advise for TDS and VDS Process time to time relevant staffs
∎ Deal with internal auditor during the internal audit of project
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Self-motivated, excellent written and oral communication Skill and interact with all management and staff levels
∎ Sound knowledge regarding accounting software (ERP).
∎ Engaged in Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
