Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ CA CC or Part qualified in Chartered Accountancy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Cost and budget, Erp software, Finance and bank cooperation, Tally, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project & Business Team wise Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher & Adjustment Voucher as per guideline of the company
∎ Maintaining Project wise Cost Budget & Payment,
∎ L/C Related cost (C&F expense, Insurance advice, Usance loan, L/C Acceptance Commission etc.) enter into Tally Software for Local & Foreign for various Project.
∎ Accounts preparation, Bank Reconciliation,
∎ Party advance & Employee advance adjustment in time.
∎ Project cost make to zero after completing the project.
∎ Project cost & Revenue Analysis & vatting with prospective department.
∎ TDS & VDS deducts from supplier bills & preparation of Challan for payment
∎ Reconcile Project Cost & Revenue Collection
∎ Bill Checking, Provisioning, and payment process & Audit.
∎ Voucher File Management after payment.
∎ Regularize vouchers from authorized pending voucher option in TALLY
∎ Maintaining all vouchers and party file of the company,
∎ Any other work assigns by line Manager.
∎ Assist Audit and Tax dept. by providing vouchers and other documents.
∎ Communicate with financial Dept. for necessary Documents for bank reconciliation Purpose.

∎ Display knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications on accounting acumen.
∎ Teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to both works collaboratively and to influence outcomes.
∎ Effective written and verbal communications skills that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
∎ Computer skills e.g. MS Office is essential, Tally software.
